How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and ice packs for all shipments during warm weather months or when shipping to warmer climates to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are Godiva chocolates gluten-free?
While many of our individual ingredients do not contain gluten, all of our products are manufactured on shared equipment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free of gluten traces.
Can I customize a chocolate box?
Yes, our 'Build Your Own Box' feature allows you to select your favorite pralines, truffles, and ganaches to create a personalized assortment.
What is the shelf life of your chocolates?
For optimal freshness, we recommend enjoying our chocolates within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. Store them in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F (15-21°C).
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact our customer care team for a replacement or refund.
